Fiber Network Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Purpose and summary: Managing Engineers and responsible for the Configuration, Implementation and management of various Fiber networks like WDM, GPON etc. To handle, troubleshoot and maintain all Fiber network. Configure and maintain fiber networks, manage the SLA with clients. Capable of designing and expanding Fiber networks for clients as per the project needs. Excellent practical knowledge of OTDR, Splicing, Power meter, Link budgeting/ etc. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor or Masters Degree with at least 5-6 years of work experience that can be demonstrated to be applicable to the responsibilities listed in the job description.
NOC Engineers
Location: Lagos
Job Purpose and summary: The Engineer is responsible for handling customer’s calls, troubleshooting, closing the tickets on time. The Engineer is also responsible for routing the calls which require engineer visit to relevant department, but will be required to work in shifts. Management & Troubleshooting of all Wireless links and Cisco/Mikrotik/Unifi switches and routers. Demonstrated proficiency with the following technical capabilities: Cisco networking and wireless communications technologies. Management and technical problem-solving skills in high pressure environments and situations.
Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor or Masters Degree with at least 3-4 years of work experience NOC and understanding of Fiber/Wireless & Cisco Networking.
Wireless Field Engineer
Location: Lagos
- Job Purpose and summary: The Engineer is responsible for the implementation and management of various Wireless/Microwave Links. The Engineer is also responsible for installation, commissioning & Maintenance of links and BTS sites. Must possess Wireless/Network background. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency with the following technical capabilities: Satellite and wireless communications technologies. Installation & commissioning of all Wireless/Microwave radio links. Management & Troubleshooting of all Wireless links and BTS sites.
Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor or Masters Degree with at least 3-4years for experience in Wireless & Networking and must have field experience. Hands on experience on Ubiquiti, Huawei etc radios and wifi routers will be of more advantage.
